Lofty

During your team's call hours, Callingly's AI Agent calls each new Lofty lead as soon as it comes in, then warm-transfers the live lead to one of your agents.

Lofty used to be called Chime.

Callingly Integrates with Lofty

Callingly sets up the Lofty webhook for you when you connect.

How a new Lofty lead reaches your agent.

  1. 1 A new lead is created in Lofty from a lead source that has a routing rule, and Lofty sends it to Callingly.
  2. 2 The AI Agent calls the lead and asks your qualifying questions. If they don't answer, it tries again on your followup sequence.
  3. 3 When the lead qualifies, the AI rings one of your agents, tells them who the lead is and what they said, and warm-transfers the call. If nobody is free, it books a callback.
  4. 4 That call logs back to the lead in Lofty with a link to the recording. Texts can log there too, if you turn that on.

Try it FREE for 14 days.

Plans start at $100 a month after that.
Customer Service

Send each lead source to its own team.

When you connect Lofty, Callingly finds the lead sources on your recent leads and creates a routing rule for each one, all sent to your primary team at first. Point each rule at a team to send Zillow leads to one group of agents and Realtor.com leads to another. A lead from a source with no rule isn't called, so add a rule when you start buying from a new source.

Test it with one Lofty lead.

After you connect, create a test lead from a source you already use, with a phone that isn't on your team, during call hours. Answer as the lead, and an agent takes the transfer.
