If your team already buys leads from Zillow, realtor.com and other portals, pick Callingly. We built it for that one job: the AI Agent calls each new lead within seconds of it reaching Callingly, during your team's call hours, asks your qualifying questions and warm-transfers the ready ones to an agent. Ylopo is a lead-generation platform that happens to include AI follow-up.
That difference decides what you pay for. Ylopo sells managed Google, Facebook and Instagram ads, a branded home-search website and remarketing, and its AI Text and AI Voice come inside those plans. If the leads are already coming in, the ads and the website aren't the gap. The first call is.

How fast Ylopo and Callingly call a new Zillow or realtor.com lead
For leads you buy, the Ylopo page to read is its AI² page, which says it "will call NEW TCPA compliant 3rd party leads within 3-5 minutes of receiving them." Its other pages sound faster and don't agree with each other. A July 2026 post says its AI reaches out "within seconds of a new inquiry", its Follow Up Boss page says AI Text "replies in under 60 seconds", and its help center says a new lead gets "a text sent within 5 minutes", with a first-message delay you can set from 1 minute to 2 days.
Callingly's AI Agent calls a new lead within seconds of the lead reaching Callingly, during your team's call hours, and it can text in the same sequence. Watch where that clock starts, though. Follow Up Boss says that when Zillow's Respond First is on, it holds a lead for 3 to 4 minutes before it shows up in Follow Up Boss, no matter which tool calls it from there. A realtor.com lead that comes in through a lead email starts its calls within a few minutes of the email arriving.
Hours work differently. Ylopo's AI page lists AI Voice calling Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm and Sunday from 9am to 8pm, up to 14 times over 90 days, and Ylopo says call times can be adjusted. Callingly calls when your team is on, so an agent is there to take the transfer. After hours it calls only if you turn that setting on, and only between 8am and 9pm in the lead's time zone, which Callingly reads from their phone number by default. A lead who doesn't pick up gets the calls and texts in the sequence you set, without anyone on your team remembering to.
How Ylopo and Callingly transfer hot leads to an agent
Ylopo says connected calls are live-transferred to you, and agents also get "Y priority" notifications and Follow Up Boss smartlists. A Ylopo post says teams can set it up as a pond, where "multiple agents get the transfer call, and whoever answers first wins."
Callingly's AI Agent asks the questions you set, then rings the agents who are available in your first priority group at the same time. The lead is connected once an agent accepts, and an agent who takes the call on a regular phone line can hear a short briefing first: the lead's name, source and the most useful thing they said. If nobody picks up, it tries the next group, then a fallback team, and then the AI offers the lead a callback at a time they choose. How a warm transfer works covers that hand-off step by step.
Ylopo and Callingly integrations: Follow Up Boss, Zillow and realtor.com
Ylopo isn't a CRM. Its Follow Up Boss page says a direct integration "pushes the lead in real time" into FUB, and "every AI conversation writes back to the FUB timeline." Its AI page lists "Must have AI Text to access AI Voice" and "Follow Up Boss integration for AI Voice" as requirements. Its help center lists Zillow and realtor.com leads among the ones AI Text works, and Ylopo says it only texts and calls leads with consent "through verified sources."
The FCC ruled in February 2024 that an AI voice counts as an "artificial" voice under the TCPA, so a call that uses one needs the called person's prior express consent first, absent an emergency or an exemption (written consent for marketing calls).
Callingly connects to the place your leads already land:
- Follow Up Boss: connect your account, and Callingly calls a new person when their lead source matches one of your routing rules, or when an Action Plan adds the "Callingly - Start Call" tag.
- Zillow: through Follow Up Boss, or with Zapier if you don't use FUB.
- realtor.com: a forwarding rule in your realtor.com dashboard sends each lead to your own Callingly address.
- Lofty: leads whose source matches a routing rule are called, and the calls log back to the lead in Lofty.
Ylopo pricing vs Callingly pricing
Ylopo doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page says "There's no one-size sticker," you get your plan and price on a demo, and you pay by database size, not seats. AI Text and Voice come in the Growing Team plan and up, its AI page adds a one-time $250 setup fee, and there's no price for the AI on its own.
Our Starter plan is $100 a month and includes $100 of usage credit. An AI call costs $0.50 and a text costs $0.12 a segment, so that credit alone covers 200 AI calls a month. Phone numbers are $5 a month each. Every current plan has unlimited users and no contract, and the 14-day trial needs no credit card. Using Callingly with Ylopo leads in Follow Up Boss
If you keep Ylopo for ads, its leads still land in FUB, so a routing rule on their source lets Callingly make the first call. Don't let two AIs call the same lead. Point Callingly's rules at the sources Ylopo's AI isn't working. Or use Ylopo's own rules to keep its AI off the leads Callingly calls. Ylopo says you can set those rules "by CRM stage, assigned agents, or tags".
You already pay for those leads. Get each one on the phone while they're still looking: try Callingly free for 14 days.
