What happens on the call

As soon as a lead reaches Callingly, the AI Agent calls the homeowner and can text in the same sequence. It only calls inside your call hours and between 8 AM and 9 PM in the lead’s time zone. It asks your qualifying questions, then warm-transfers the live homeowner to the available reps in your first priority group. If nobody there picks up, it tries the next group, then offers a callback at a time the homeowner picks. At that time, the AI Agent calls back and tries the transfer again.

If the homeowner doesn’t answer, the followup sequence keeps calling and texting on your schedule until it runs out. Every AI call keeps a recording and a transcript.

Only if you give it prices to use. Most window and door companies don't, because the price depends on the measure. Have it answer general questions and leave pricing to the consultant it transfers to.
